A Suit You Can Wash In The Shower

This weekend's Financial Times of London offers an alternative suit cleaning solution for the laziest suit wearers among us. The Shower Clean Suit comes from Japanese fashion company Konaka and is designed to be cleaned, as the name implies, in the shower.

Dry cleaning is not such a clean industry. The dry cleaning process uses perchloroethylene , or "perc", hydrocarbons and silicone all of which are known carcinogens. There are greener healthier dry cleaning alternatives, but with the Shower Clean Suit one can cut out the middle man, altogether.

For $450, you can cop a suit whose fibers, thanks to a microscopic polymer coating, remain stable and hence look the same after the rinse.

Eco-Fashion Site ReLaunch: Adili

Smarter, stronger, and better than ever describes more than just our nation's president elect and the world's opinion of the US.  It also aptly describes the relaunch of Adili, a GSpotting eco-fashion retail FAVE.

The new site is so fantastic that Marie Claire UK, which impressively covers green fashion with regularity, published a solid interview with Adili's CEO.  "We want to make a difference to people's lives.  Instead of fast fashion we passionately believe in treasured pieces that are made with real consideration and care."  Well said.

One other noteworthy aspect of the relaunch is the vast collection of menswear.  Finally, something our buddies Aron* and Josh over at the Lazy Environmentalist can rock with!
