Cuban Jewish Music Project- Recylce CDs, Build Listening Libraries

The Cuban Jewish Music Project is collecting gently used CDs and music playing devices to send to Cuba to create listening libraries all over the country. While this story isn't traditionally "green", it is a great example of recycling.

Check out the article GSpotter Margaret wrote for The Forward.

Also, to donate to the project, send materials to:

Aroeste Music LLC
Attn: Cuba-Jewish Music Project
255 W. 108th St., #5B
New York, NY 10025

Financial contributions can be made on-line through the project’s
fiscal sponsor, Deep Listening Institute:
http://www.deeplistening.org/site/donate or via check written out to
“Deep Listening Institute” with ‘Cuba-Jewish Music Project’ in the
memo line and sent to address above.
